Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can fulfil it and what the delivery time would be.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after you receive it.

Multiple items

Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we are not able to refund orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at support@maisonlaurant.store and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
